1. Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all countries worldwide. However under certain circumstances, where for example we cannot verify your credit card details, we may not process your order, in which case we will let you know.

2. How much do you charge for Postage?

Postage costs are automatically worked out based on the country where your order is being sent to, the value of your order, and the number of items ordered. For UK orders, postage is free for all orders over £50, £2.75 for all other orders. Any postage costs will be shown in your basket as soon as you add items to it.

3. I want a cable from a manufacturer that you deal with, but I can’t find it on your site, can I still buy it from your site?

Yes. For a variety of reasons we do not always advertise all products from our supplier’s catalogue. However, we are able to supply any product from any of the manufacturers that we deal with.

4. I have seen the cable I want, but not in the length I require, what can I do?

Some of the manufacturers whose cables we supply provide a custom cable service. Therefore their cables can be made up to almost any length you require. For a custom cable quote, please e-mail us.

6. Do you deduct VAT from non-EC orders?

Yes. The web site automatically deducts 17.5% VAT for non-EC customers.

7. When will my credit/debit card be debited?

Your credit/debit card will be debited when your order is dispatched.
